Group reformer class
55 minutesup to 6 peopleAll levels

Group reformer class

The studio's main format — up to 6 people, with individual attention from the instructor. Each class has its own focus: posture, mobility, strength, or movement control. The program changes; the approach stays constant — precision, a calm pace, and adaptation to the group's level.

Good for

  • Those who want to train regularly in a small group
  • Those already familiar with the reformer — at our studio or another
  • Those returning to movement after a break or injury (with a doctor's clearance)

What to expect

  • Each class begins with preparing the body for movement and ends with stretching and recovery
  • The instructor corrects technique individually and adapts the load for each participant
  • Recommended rhythm — 2–3 times a week for steady progress

If this is your first visit, we recommend starting with the trial class.

2–3 times a week recommended

Private pilates session

A one-on-one class built entirely around you: your level, how your body feels, and your specific goals. The instructor has time to work through the details, explain technique, and find exactly the right load.

Good for

  • Those who want to work on a specific goal — posture, discomfort, or recovery from injury
  • Those who prefer working at their own pace without a group
  • Those who want to deepen their technique after group classes

What to expect

  • A program tailored to your experience, how you feel that day, and your goals
  • Detailed work on technique — with explanations and corrections in every exercise
  • Space to discuss how you feel, ask questions, and move at a comfortable pace

As needed, or alongside group classes

Duet reformer session
60 minutes2 peopleAll levels

Duet — pilates for two

A class for two, with the instructor's full attention and a shared pace. A comfortable format for partners, friends, or family members who want to train together.

Good for

  • Two people who want to train together and support each other
  • Those who want more attention than a group offers, but feel more comfortable not training alone
  • Pairs with different levels of experience — the instructor adapts exercises for each person

What to expect

  • A program that accounts for both participants' levels
  • A calm, shared pace with individual technique corrections
  • The same quality of instruction as a private session — just for two
Prenatal reformer pilates
60 minutesindividual2nd & 3rd trimester

Prenatal pilates

Reformer classes adapted to the changing body during pregnancy. Gentle load, safe positions, and a focus on pelvic floor stability, back support, and breath. The program adjusts to your trimester and how you feel that day.

Good for

  • Those in their 2nd or 3rd trimester — with their doctor's or midwife's clearance
  • Those who want to stay active and maintain tone throughout pregnancy
  • Those experiencing discomfort in the back or pelvis who want to move safely

What to expect

  • Exercises chosen for your trimester — no lying on the stomach, no unsafe twists

  • An individual format — the instructor's full attention on you and how you're feeling that day

Available from the 2nd trimester onward. Please consult your doctor before starting. At your first class, let the instructor know your stage of pregnancy and any relevant details.

PREPARATION

What to bring

  • Comfortable activewear — leggings or fitted pants, a sports top or t-shirt. Avoid zippers and hard fastenings — they can cause discomfort during reformer pilates classes.
  • Grip socks — for safe contact with the footbar. If you don't have your own, you can borrow a pair at the studio.
  • Water and refreshments are available for purchase at the studio, or feel free to bring your own water.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to change and settle in without rushing.
