Tetyana Livshyts

Studio founder and certified pilates instructor

EDUCATION

Certificates & training

Tetyana came to pilates through years of yoga and CrossFit — both practices taught her to listen to the body, but she found real precision in the Polestar Pilates method, where every movement is grounded in biomechanics and an understanding of anatomy.

That became the foundation of how she teaches: in every class she works with each person individually, watching how they move and adjusting the load to fit them.

Tetyana never stops developing as an instructor — she regularly takes further courses and seminars to keep her teaching at the highest standard.

Polestar Pilates Teacher

Polestar Pilates Teacher

A certification within the international Polestar Pilates Comprehensive program, completed under the guidance of Brent Anderson — physical therapist, PhD, and co-founder of the Polestar Pilates method. The course covered supervised teaching practice: structuring reformer and mat classes, analyzing client movement, and correcting technique based on the principles of biomechanics. This program forms the methodical foundation behind the studio's approach to every class.

Pilates Mat I & Reformer I

Pilates Mat I & Reformer I

A foundational certification from Reform Class Pilates, completed in Istanbul, Turkey. The program covered the core principles of mat and reformer pilates in depth: classical exercises, spinal alignment and neutral position, the mechanics of spring resistance and carriage movement, as well as verbal and hands-on correction methodology. The course established a strong practical foundation for leading both group and private pilates sessions with precision, confidence, and a clear focus on safety.

Pilates for Pregnant Women

Pilates for Pregnant Women

A specialized 14-hour seminar by Prosvita Pilates Smart, Kyiv. The program addressed the physiological and anatomical changes that occur during pregnancy, safe exercise modifications for each trimester, pelvic floor engagement, diaphragmatic breathing techniques, and key contraindications at every stage. Particular attention was given to principles of load adaptation. The course provided full readiness to lead pilates sessions thoughtfully tailored to the needs of expectant mothers.

Anatomy of Movement for Pilates Instructors
